V60
This popular filter brew method will highlight clean and delicate flavour notes in the coffee. Which is why we suggest a light or omni roast bean so you can find florals, citrus & fruits.
Long Pour
The classic V60 brew, with one long, smooth continuous pour in clockwise circles. Before you start, always clean the filter paper by pouring hot water over it inside the filter top. This removes any paper residuel flavour into the coffee and warms up the ceramic/metal. Also pre-warm the glass/base.
From here, refine the flavours to your taste. The grind size, dose & water temperature can all contribute to the overall cup. We’ll upload more content on this, but for now, this is a great starting point. We are sing a Commandante hand held grinder.
